Here’s how to begin preparing and anchoring into the field we’re about to co-create together.


🌟 How to Start Anchoring the Field

Everything begins with presence.
You don’t have to do anything extra - simply make a little more space each day to breathe, listen, and come back home to yourself.

Start with 5–20 minutes of stillness or meditation. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and breathe into your heart.
You’re not trying to reach a state - you’re remembering your natural rhythm.
This is how you begin stabilizing your system and tuning into more of your home frequency.


🕊 Meditation Practices to Begin With

Try one (or alternate between a few) each day as you begin attuning to the field.

1. Heart Coherence
Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Inhale for 5 counts, exhale for 5 counts.
Feel your breath move through your heart.
Repeat silently: I am safe. I am open. I am here.

2. Grounded Presence
Bring your awareness into your feet and legs.
Breathe into your belly and feel gravity holding you.
Take full body breaths in through soles of the feet from the earth - breathe in the earth's energy.

3. Source Line Connection
Visualize golden light flowing from above your crown down through your spine into the earth.
Then feel a current rising from the earth to meet it in your heart.
Breathe and rest in that current - heaven and earth meeting within you.

4. Stillness Practice
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Sit, breathe, notice what’s here.
No goal. No fixing. Just awareness.


🌿 Ground + Integrate

  • Move your body daily — walk, stretch, dance, or spend time in nature.

  • Drink plenty of water.

  • Eat simple, nourishing foods.

  • Rest when you can.

  • Simplify and clear your physical space if you feel called.

These next few weeks are about making space — physically, emotionally, and energetically — so you can receive what’s coming.

Keep a light journal to track what’s unfolding — dreams, emotions, intuitive hits, creative ideas, synchronicities. You don’t need to analyze anything. Just observe and record.
This helps you notice how the field is already working with you.
